Spring Camp 2026: National University of Singapore Spring Short-Term Program (March) + Information Session (October 16)

【Call for Student Participation】
– A Week of Learning and Creating Together with Students in Singapore –

In collaboration with our partner institution, the National University of Singapore (NUS), we will be conducting a multicultural, collaborative short-term training program next March. The goal of this program aims to develop a global perspective and the ability to work collaboratively through cross-cultural experiences, teamwork, and script creation. Please join the upcoming information session first if you are interested.


[Program Overview]
Eligibility: Students in their third year or above (including graduate students) who plan to remain enrolled at our university after April 2026.
First- and second-year undergraduate students may be considered upon consultation.
Number of Participants: Approximately 12 students

Program Dates: March 4–12, 2026 (8 days of training)

・Participation Fee: Approximately 190,000 yen (subject to change depending on exchange rates; includes round-trip airfare, accommodation, and overseas travel insurance) Note: The following are not included in the fee: local transportation, transportation to/from the airport from home, meals, personal expenses, communication fees, etc.

Scholarship: A 120,000 yen JASSO scholarship may be available (subject to meeting academic and other eligibility requirements)


【How to Apply】

Application requires two steps:
1. Submission of the “Application Form”
2. Submission of required documents to the Student Exchange Division in person

2. Documents to submit to the Student Exchange Division, Educational Promotion Department:

*Letter of Pledge

*Emergency Medical Treatment Consent Form

*Consent Form for the Provision of Personal Information

*[Form 1] "JASSO Financial Eligibility Assessment Sheet" (Submission required even if you do not wish to receive a scholarship)

*[Form R] Declaration of Financial Supporter, [Form R-2] Independent Financial Status Report (Submit only if applying for travel support funds)

● Copy of a bankbook or cash card under the applicant's name (Submit only if applying for a scholarship)

● Copy of the passport photo ID page

※ Must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry.

※ If you do not have a passport, please apply for one immediately once your participation is confirmed.
