●授業内容

We will discuss the basic techniques for delivering a successful presentation. We will read about and discuss designing a presentation with a clear topic, an appropriate structure, logical argumentation, and appropriate support. Participants will deliver presentations in which they put that knowledge into practice. Students will prepare presentations based on their studies or academic goals, and respond appropriately to other students' presentations. All participants are expected to contribute actively to classroom discussions.

This seminar features some description of the form of presentation. The main focus, however, is on how to select and prepare the content of a presentation, including focused topics, logical argument, and using outside sources.

Each week, we will hear student presentations and offer feedback to the presenters. Each student will deliver several presentations; the exact number depends on the number of students enrolled.
